As part of a management agreement,
we will assume responsibility for:
- Selection of management team
- Offsite training in Alpamare Bad Tölz
- Staff training using the Alpamare safety and hygiene standards
- Implementation of Alpamare’s certified operating procedures
- Development and implementation of F&B concept
- TÜV Safety certification of main attractions together with TÜV Süd
- Development of marketing concept, implementation of advertisement plan
- Development of detailed operating budget
